The GSSF is quite unique in how it seeks to deliver charitable
services to men and women aged 16+. As a private
operating foundation, we seek to support people who are
ready, willing and able to define the change they want in
their life and figure out how, and when to "go for it"
in their own lives.
Inherently
created to assist people in learning how to fish rather than
handing them fish, the GSSF believes our model works well
for many reasons but most certainly because we believe you
have what it takes!
There are many charitable
organizations already in business that might want or warrant
additional resources. We provide ours in the form of
specialized or generalized coaches and coaching programs to
enhance their participant/client's lives more fully.
We seek to
ally with other non-profit organizations that are working
with individuals for a higher calling and the greater good.
We do not seek to become any thing other than who we are,
great coaches, lending assistance to those charitable
organizations or their clients in providing a coaching
resource and real, meaningful life transitions.
What this
means to you, if you are a non-profit organization, or a
client of one, is that GSSF and it's outreach programs are
available to offer you or your clients; customized, unique
programs developed solely for your organization, with your
organization to enhance and assist your mission as it
transitions in to and with your clients lives.
The GSSF facilitates and
educates others in their unique and personal transition
processes through providing coaching to your organization by
several offerings:
-
providing coaching skills training to educators, youth
and parents
-
scheduled individual and group coaching sessions
-
tele-seminars
built on coaching frameworks
-
web technology instruments
-
class room/workshop education
-
public speaking as
a public service
-
web-based education
Which
method, or all, is completely up to your organization and
the staff and volunteer coaches at GSSF to "figure out" and
get set up seamlessly and effortlessly to assist the people
we all are here to work with.
Any
alliance we create has measurable and trackable outcomes.
You will find our staff to be professionals who understand
business as well as how to assist in integrating programs
and offering solutions to inform your clients about the new
possibilities.
Since GSSF
does not seek to limit it's charitable work solely on race,
gender, sexual persuasion, religious, fraternal, income,
disability or any other reason, we are perhaps the most
flexible of organizations in the 501(c) 3 sector to enable
ancillary services to any other charitable organization.
Because our coaches come from all over the United States,
and most coaching is conducted via telephone we have a
flexible "work force" that may be in your town to provide in
person services or 2200 miles across the country yet working
with your client individually on our and your behalf.
We are
here to stay. Formed in 2004 we seek local, regional
and national program
alliances that work through our screened, virtual coach
network through out the USA. If you want to explore
how to affect change in your organization and for your
clients or members, do contact our
Executive Director soon. Good intentions are
great, but put them with action and get support through a
great coach and you'll see things you've only dreamed
possible.
Come, help make
it happen.
